The "Murder Muse" Award - Right wing pundits

The award of the day is a very prestigious honor, and goes out to conservative pundits Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Michael Savage. These men are all very outspoken opponents of the videogame industry, often claiming that interactive entertainment is destroying the nation's youth and even leading certain individuals to commit serious violent crimes.
Observing this egoistic trio in action makes one wonder if they only decry videogames with such hatred because they wish that their own influence were as great, or that they were as well-liked as even the worst of gaming software.
Now they are (at least the influential part, anyway).
On Sunday the 27th, Jim Adkisson stepped, shotgun in hand, into the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church during a children's musical. He proceeded to open fire, killing two and wounding six others. His motivation was reportedly "hatred for the liberal movement" and "his belief that all liberals should be killed because they were ruining the country."
Adkisson was apparently a fan of our award-winners, because authorities found books by each of these conservative commentators in his house after the incident, along with the usual stockpile of weaponry.
Like violent videogames before them, which seem to snatch up all of the recognition for their seemingly endless inspirational qualities, today's "Murder Muse" Award goes out to Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Michael Savage, who have finally become just as much of an inspiration for the raging psychopaths of the United States of America.
Congratulations, sirs.

That is awesome. Sucks that people had to die to prove it, though. Videogames are all about fantasy. These right wing bast*rds believe the hate they spew. It is very real. One day as more people add those 2 extra chromosomes to their set through evolution, these fear mongers will become as obsolete as exorcists. I wish a lawyer like Jack Tompson (read: nutbag) would bring this to court. Try to outlaw public religion. That should put those 3 crazies, for lack of a better phrase, under the gun.
