Vice City Stories Delayed

Fans will now have to wait an extra two weeks before they can pick up their copy of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The upcoming PSP game, which was originally expected to be released in October, has been pushed back to early November due to "unforseen circumstances."
A representative speaking on behalf of Rockstar did confirm that the revised release date has been changed to November 3, but declined to comment further. In the mean time, gamers can always play Miami Vice.
