Disgaea 3 coming to a PS3 near you (*in Japan)

A recent JASDAQ document has been released for Nippon Ichi Software which reveals Disgaea 3 for the PS3 being released sometime in 2008.
The document makes mention of the previous Disgaea titles, as well as the PSP iteration and their success. As of this moment, there are no set plans for the game to come to American shores.

Correction, the release says the games will be out "this winter"; the 2008 refers to the copyright of the screens. Perhaps they're aiming for an early 2008 release?
Why can't they just release a PSP version in the US? Do it up.
