Unfortunately, at this time the game isn't very playable on the PSP without the tilt or shoulder buttons. You can't land, you can't brake, you can't bash into other dragons when you're in close, etc.
It is a neat thing, though, and I'm glad to see Sony trying to make something of it. For me, it would be nice to be able to play a lengthier game like an RPG on the PS3 whenever I want, rather than worry about "Am I hogging the TV too much?"
