The Wii Zapper peripheral hasn't been in the spotlight much at all since its unveiling at this year's E3, and Nintendo has been reluctant to reveal any details regarding its eventual release. Up until now, word was that it would ship bundled with an unnamed piece of software.
The news from the Gamestop Manager's conference is that the game in question will be Link's Crossbow Training. Although the enigmatic title makes figuring out the game's content incredibly difficult, I have a strange, unexplainable feeling that it will feature Link from the Legend of Zelda series wielding a ranged weapon of some kind.
The retail price of the bundle is expected to be $19.99, and will likely release sometime this October.
Cool... Link with a crossbow for the first time...
they could do a really good game like the pc game cannons for this, with little tiny chibi zelda characters would actually seem like a cool game
Man, I so want the Zapper...
