Over in this post, SEGA revealed that its upcoming RTS game Universe at War: Earth Assault has been pushed from its October 30th release date to early December. Also developer Petroglyph mentioned that they're still working on the long-awaited beta patch.
SEGA gave some reasons why they had to push the release date back, "As many of you have remarked, the game still needs some time for refinement, and even though you beta participants are playing a build that is a couple months old and has improved immeasurably since then, we still need more time to address your feedback and include it in the game."
As for the beta patch, it still needs to be certified since it's already completed internal testing. SEGA remarked to the participants who are experiencing trouble that "help IS on the way, but I can't tell you exactly when until certification is officially done."
Universe at War: Earth Assault is heading to PC in early December and heading to Xbox 360 in early 2008.

Yeah, it seems like everything is delayed on all platforms.
jedipoodoo547, this game is going to b the first to have cross-platform multiplayer play it will be on 2 platforms xbox 360 and PC. And peteoglyph is a great company having a hit on star wars:empire at war and its expansion. And look how many awards it got:
1.ActionTrip give Universe at War best strategy game.
2.Kotaku has also given Universe at War best strategy game.
3.CHUD has placed Universe at War at sixth of Best of E3 2007, making it also the number one strategy game on the top ten list.
4.Game Critics nominee.
5.Number 9 on IGN PC Editor's most anticipated games.
And they delayed it because they had too many reported bugs from the beta testers and its back to square 2 for them.
