PlayStation Network plans to add music and video

A huge edge that Xbox Live has always had over the PlayStation Network is its ability to access movies, tv, and other forms of media--effectively making the Xbox an all purpose entertainment system.
Naturally, Sony has opted to follow suit and has revealed plans for its own video and music distribution through the PlayStation Network by offering downloadable films and television episodes, putting them in direct competition with Microsoft.
I guess better late than never.
