For anyone who has ever desired a single-handed Xbox, Playstation 2, or Playstation 3 controller (either out of actual necessity, sheer laziness, or the unrelenting urge to eat and drink while playing) this is for you.
Ben Heckendorn, affectionately known by his Xbox Live gamertag, "Benheck," has created what he calls the Access Controller, a device that allows players to manipulate all of the apparati found on a traditional controller with only one hand.
The unit is place on any surface, where each of five different modules (left analog stick, right analog stick, face buttons, shoulder buttons, directional pad) is accessible by a single finger. Maybe the most impressive aspect of the controller is that these modules can easily be custom-arranged, based on user preference.
The final unit will be manufactured by eDimensional, although no release date or price point have been announced.

This is great for people who loved to play games but lost a hand. A friend of mine got his fingers caught in a chain and hasn't been able to play most games in ages, so I know he'll really love this.
This is the kind of inventive thing I love to see emerge from the gaming society. It's a truly brilliant idea, and with practice, it looks to be able to be used just as efficiently as a standard controller. Kudos on the invention.
this would drive me insane cus i definitly am a moving gamer ... if i turn .. or jump ... ill move around like a friggin crazy person with mah controler ... this thing woudl end up on the ground
