R:FoM2. Would you believe 60 man mulitplayer?

soldiersA lot of PS3 gamers are looking forward to the next Resistance: Fall of Man game and the latest word for fans of its MP mode is that it will have an astonishing 60 man multiplayer.

Yes, we're talking sixty. If that weren't enough, the follow-up title will also support an eight-man co-op mode as well, according to the newest issue of GameInformer.

But the sixty-person number does have a limitation, as all of the players won't just be roaming wildly around by themselves. There will be teams of up to 8 players a piece in order to manage the gameplay and maps better.

Other features to expect in multiplayer will be CoD4 style classes, attachments for guns, tanks, medics, special ops and some new clan options.

R:FoM had a great single player mode, while most gamers felt that the multiplayer, while adequate, could have used some more work. With R:FoM2 coming out, hopefully the multiplayer will be more fun and as all PS3 users know, one of the best things is that multiplayer on PSN is absolutely free.

lol. I gotta admit. SP in Resistance 1 was really a great experience. Took up a lot of my life hours too.
