Besides a short trailer of something fantasy-like playing on the big screen of Microsoft's presser, people really didn't know what to expect. A new Panzer Dragoon, or a new RPG in general?
Then the bombshell, Final Fantasy XIII was announced for the Xbox 360. The crowd goes absolutely wild and Microsoft finishes their presser in a bang.
Final Fantasy XIII was one of the few remaining reasons gamers had held on to hope for the PS3's continued success, but with such a surprising announcement, Sony has lost big time. What could Sony possibly have that could top this? Stay tuned for more information regarding FFXIII on the Xbox 360 and Sony's presser.
The release date is still unknown but the Xbox 360 version will be released on the same day and date with the PS3 version for North America and Europe.
UPDATE: Final Fantasy XIII Versus will be PS3 only.

Is there nothing sacred anymore? What's next, Gears of War 2 on the PS3?
More consoles have a game, more money for the developers and publishers of the game, more games in the future from the developer and publisher. There is no down side.
lets guess the game will go on a least 5 disc heck if it just think if they had to put the game on to two blu ray disc just imagine how many dvd's they will have to use. just going out on a limb but put in disc 10 might just have to happen.
just a geuss nothing solid
