Looks like Bioware's newest PC RPG is taking the Spore route with its creation utilities. BioWare has announced that the Dragon Age: Origins character creator will release before the game on October 13, allowing players to fully create their characters and then upload them to the game when it drops on November 3.
The 320MB application will be free on the PC, and there has been no word whether or not the program will be offered to Xbox 360 owners as well.
