Steam Works Video Review

Steam Works review

Score: 4 out of 5Steam Works is an engine-building worker placement game for 2-5 players from Tasty Minstrel Games, designed by Alex Churchill.

Players will be collecting power sources and components to build machines that act as new worker placement spaces for themselves and their opponents to carry out a myriad of new and different actions, many at a time, in order to generate the most points by the time the game ends.

While it has some minor pacing issues, the game design mechanisms allow for some custom house-ruling to tighten things up as a custom fit for your given game group.

We think it’s very inventive, and definitely recommend you check it out.
