THQ Reports Strong Revenues, New Games

THQ released their second quarter financial earnings today, reporting an increase in total revenue to $240.2 million, compared to $142.7 million during the same period last year. Net income was $12.6 million, compared to a loss of $1.4 million during the same period last year. THQ made note that the net income was attributed to strong sales of the 360-exclusive Saints Row (which sold over a million copies), PC-exclusive WWII RTS game Company of Heroes and Cars, the game based on the Pixar movie.
