Welcome to GamerNode’s 2010 Nodie Awards!
Once again, GamerNode has improved upon our annual awards presentation, and will be bringing you our most extensive list of Nodie Awards categories and nominees in our 5-year history. For 2010, which was yet another epic year of gaming, each individual Nodie Award category will initially highlight the five nominees the GN staff felt were most worthy of recognition after the long and arduous narrowing-down process held at GN HQ.
These selections will remain posted on the site, where readers can discuss the nominees, speculate about winners, and contribute to all of the assuredly well-defended arguments regarding the most deserving candidates of the year. Comments, of course, feature Facebook integration so you can share your opinions and get all of your friends in on the action, and GN will be extending the conversation to Twitter this year, so follow @GamerNode and make use of the #NodieAwards hashtag whenever you tweet about us.
During the last days of 2010, we will reveal the winners, in four groups, according to the schedule below, and will also release a special VS Node Podcast: “Game of the Year Edition” to coincide with the final day and our 2010 Game of the Year winner.
