Beta testing for Conan Begins.

Funcom has announced that Age of Conan is now going into the Beta phase, allowing Quality Assurance department members of the company test the game along with select experienced Beta testers under the confines of an NDA, that’s Non-Disclosure Agreement for acronymically challenged and yes I made the word up. More beta testers are expected to be added in the fall and sign-ups for Beta testing the game will be taken when Funcom is ready.

We have worked hard on ‘Age of Conan, for more than two years, and it,s great to see that our collective effort has led us to this point”, said Trond Arne Aas, CEO of Funcom. “The game already looks stunning and it,s a lot of fun to play. We are looking forward to include our community, partners and press once we move into the later stages of the Beta.”

The game is being used as a showcase game for Windows Vista and has won many an award at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, not to mention the adoration of all of us here at GamerNode.

Age of Conan is a MMORPG and persons interested in testing the game are reminded that signing up for the Conan newsletter as well as participating in the official forums makes your chances that much better of getting in. Any more necessary information can be found at the official game site http:/www.ageofconan.com.
