Halo series developer Bungie has put out an official call for help to its online community, and is seeking "beta testers" to help gather the information necessary to improve their products.
Potential tasks listed for those with a Bungie.net account and a valid email address include playtests and usability testing, surveys on game playing habits, and alpha and beta testing for Bungie’s next game. Signing up is done by simply checking a new box on your Bungie.net "profile info" page, although Bungie has been sure to note that doing so will only get your name on the list, and "not all who enlist will be selected."
If you’ve ever wanted to take part — albeit a small part — in the development of a Bungie game, this may be it.
