Call of Duty 4 PC demo requirements

callofduty4Activision sent along word of the preliminary PC system requirements for the Call of Duty 4 demo, so note that these requirements maybe pretty solid to go on for the final game too. 

It’s pretty clear; the past few weeks in the world of gaming have been great and nothing but pure awesomeness is expected for the near future.

In its press release, Activision noted that the demo "will be out later this week," but considering that there’s only Thursday or Friday left, the demo will be out either tomorrow or Friday!

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is being released on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 on November 5th.

"Recommended PC Specs"

CPU: 2.4 GHz dual core or better is recommended
RAM: 1GB for XP; 2GB for Vista is recommended
Harddrive: 8GB of free hard drive space
Video card: 3.0 Shader Support recommended. Nvidia Geforce 7800 or better or ATI Radeon X1800 or better

CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 2.4 GHz or AMD(R) Athlon(TM) 64 2800+ processor or any 1.8Ghz Dual Core Processor or better supported
RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista)
Harddrive: 8GB of free hard drive space
Video card (generic): NVIDIA(R) Geforce(TM) 6600 or better or ATI(R) Radeon(R) 9800Pro or better
