Grand Theft Auto V gets 10 new screenshots

The Los Santos skyline.

Rockstar Games has provided 10 all-new screenshots for Grand Theft Auto V, set to release later this year on September 17, to the masses.

The fresh photos show the game’s three main characters — Michael, Trevor, and Franklin — doing their own respective thing out and about Los Santos as well as scenery of the city and its surrounding landscapes. Two particular screens hint at a skydiving and scuba diving as either missions or parts of the core gameplay.

Grand Theft Auto V follows Michael, a man in his 40s who has already “won” in the world of crime, Trevor, Michael’s former partner who now resides in a trailer, and Franklin, a repo man who does his work out of Venice Beach lookalike location Vespucci Beach. The three are each drawn into Los Santos’ criminal underworld — again in the cases of Michael and Trevor — “in the pursuit of the almighty dollar.”

Rated M for Mature, Grand Theft Auto V is set to release for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. You can find all ten screenshots below.
