Microsoft announced several gaming titles and sequels that will debut exclusively for the Xbox 360 today during their X06 event in Barcelona, Spain. Most of the games will be exclusive either to the 360, or the 360 and PC.
Rockstar and Take-Two announced that 360 gamers will get access to two exclusive downloadable episodes for Grand Theft Auto IV via Xbox Live. These episodes will add hours of new game play (reported to be in length with the recent Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories) and will be available a few months after the game’s release. The game is set for an October 16, 2007 release in North America and October 19, 2007 in Europe.
2k Games confirmed that their upcoming thriller/action FPS BioShock will be heading to the 360 and PC in Spring 2007. Irrational Games is handling the development, and a 15-minute commentary video is available on GamerNode for viewing.
Bizarre Creations’ next installment in their racing franchise was confirmed for the 360, Project Gotham Racing 4.
