Legends Untold is a cooperate adventure card game with light RPG elements that’s currently (as of Dec 9, 2016) on Kickstarter with about a week left until the end of the campaign. It’s already reached its funding goal and will be published.
The game is a great evolution of the adventure card game formula, stepping midway between the more common, abstracted card-based adventures and a full-on dungeon crawl.
The simplicity of its 3d6 system, combined with numerous skill checks, inventive combat and alertness systems, the event deck timer system, and visual-spatial representation of the areas players are exploring make this far deeper than meets the eye while still remaining quick and accessible.
Legends Untold is really just a great game worth taking a look at.
