The creators of Final Fantasy are renowned for their large expansive RPGs, and we can only wonder if their new next-gen project, Lost Odyssey, can fill the shoes. Well, I guess the answer is solved as far as size, Lost Odyssey will be shipped on 4 DVDs.
Yeah you heard it right, four DVDs. After years of not having to swap discs, we’re doing a little throwback. I knew BlueRay would catch up to us some time.
Well besides the disc-swapping inconvenience, Lost Odyssey seems to be no let down as far as being a good looking next-gen RPG. Reports are saying that the 20 minute demo looked gorgeous, with jaw dropping real time game play.
I think its time to upgrade the 360 to some BlueRay, or HD DVD. Let’s hope this won’t restart the disc swap era.
