Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will grace PS Vita

Amazon France has done it again! The website known for leaking an array of Sony software (including Team ICO HD Collection, and Uncharted 3) has now leaked the Capcom published Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for the PS Vita. The page didn’t allow anyone to pre-order it and has since been taken down.

The publisher, Capcom, has stated that there are no announcements to be made at this time, but have said it is planning four different games for the Vita. The first being Street Fighter X Tekken, and this might as well be called the second.

One thing to take note of in this article is that the game was not labeled as Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3; the update to Marvel vs. Capcom 3 being released later this year. The Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 update will add twelve new characters, eight more stages, dozens of costumes, and a bunch of gameplay fixes. It will be made available on Novemeber 15.

Does this mean that Capcom plans to port vanilla Marvel vs. Capcom 3 to the Vita? Stay tuned, and GN will keep you up to date on this story!
