Orléans is a “bag-building” game for 2-4 players from designer Reiner Stockhausen and Tasty Minstrel Games.
Players use combinations of different types of follower tokens they draw from the bag each round in order to complete various actions listed on their player boards. Throughout the game, players will recruit new followers, earn bonuses for doing so, travel around the map, collect goods of different values, establish trading posts, and attract citizens in an effort to score the most points by the end of the game.
It’s a great game with lots of options for players to enjoy. Definitely recommended. (And check out our review of its big and excellent expansion, Orléans: Invasion, right here.)
