Photos from the Mafia II Community Launch Party in New York City

Attendees anxiously await the start of the party.

2K Games and Gamertag Radio hosted a Mafia II Community Launch Party in New York City last night to show off 2K’s third-person shooter. The event featured guests ¡MAYDAY! for a musical performance and Playboy’s Gamer Next Door and Cyber Girl of the Year 2008, Jo Garcia.

The party was held at 92Y Tribeca at 200 Hudson Street in Manhattan. The party featured several console stations with a demo portion of the game, and Nvidia hosted a couple of stations that showed off the PC version in 3-D.

Gamertag Radio’s own Danny Pena a.k.a. Godfree and Peter Toledo a.k.a. Peterocc took on the hosting and MC duties, periodically handing out swag on and helping to keep the party lively.
