The prayers of all Playstation gamers have finally been answered, as the Playstation 3 price drop is now official.
Starting on July 10th, the PS3 will drop a whole $100, leaving the price tag at $499. By the way, July 10th is tomorrow!
Sony also announced the release of an 80GB Playstation 3 bundle that will be shipped with Motorstorm for $599. It is set for release on August 10th. Not bad huh?
Also, if you note the Playstation button at the center of the controller on the box, you will notice it lights up red. This could possibly signify the new rumble feature that Sony had planned for the SIXAXIS controller. Note: the button does not light up red with the current controllers.
