Sierra Entertainment announced that on August 16th, they’ll be pulling the plug on multiplayer and website support for 20 games. Many of the games are quite a few years old, but some are gems in the PC gaming market — including numerous NASCAR Racing games along with Starsiege: Tribes.
Still, don’t give your hopes up on these games since some of them still have pretty active communities. Also some of the games, like Starsiege: Tribes, have been released as freeware and thus were given a new life in the Internet world.
