For those Stargate fans that have been anxiously awaiting something new and exciting to tickle your fancy, here goes! MGM Interactive is teaming up with Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment to produce a new MMORPG called Stargate Worlds. The agreement was struck back in September 2005, with no release date being revealed as of yet. Stargate Worlds promises to live up to the television show, with alien races, human worlds, and travel through the stargate with your team of soldiers and scientists. With such a cult following, and with this being the first game developed by Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, they will have to be prepared to impress. But, with their veteran team, MGM should have no problems.
