It’s the week before Christmas, but there may be several Star Wars fans unable to join the dinner table with their families this year thanks to the release of Star Wars: The Old Republic on the PC. The highly-anticipated, multi-year, and multi-million dollar MMORPG from BioWare and EA where players can play the roles of the noble Jedi, power-hungry Sith, credit-loving Smuggler, and more will finally arrive this Tuesday.
Aside from The Old Republic, there isn’t much that is headed to digital distribution or game store shelves this week. It appears that the only competition going on from now until Christmas will be family members battling for the attention of gamers with the people of the Galactic Republic and Sith Empire.
