This week's releases: 9/19 – 9/25

Gears of War 3

The time has come for the war against the Locust Horde and all the bizarre mysteries that have accompanied it to reach its climax as Gears of War 3 will finally arrive this Tuesday for the Xbox 360. Gamers will finally learn the fate of Marcus Fenix’s father, just what the heck Emulsion is doing to the Locust, and whether or not the last fighting member of the Carmine family will survive.

But muscled-up soldiers with chainsaw guns aren’t the only things hitting game stores this week. Racing fans will have the option of picking up F1 2011 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC, while those who enjoy a good fight get Supremacy MMA for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

PC and PS3 owners who are also fans of Call of Duty: Black Ops will finally get their delayed release of the game’s latest DLC, "Rezurrection", which has already hit the Xbox 360. All three systems however will be getting the new content from Fallout: New Vegas, "The Lonesome Road", when it hits Steam, Xbox LIVE, and the PlayStation Network.
