Recent poll states 1 in 5 women ended relationships because of excessive gaming

If only there were more couples like the one pictured above. According to a poll by MyVoucherCodes, one of every five women claim to have broken off a romantic relationship due to bad gaming or web use habits.

However, the statistics don’t end there.  The British discount site also reports that 80% of women have a problem with how much their significant other plays games or surfs the web, and 70% cite it as causing arguments.

On the other hand, 72% of men thought that their significant other was glued to the screen too much, but a mere six percent saw that as enough grounds to kick ’em to the curb.

Not surprisingly, an unspecified "Call of Duty" was reported as the most frequently fought-over game(s). Congratulations, Infinity Ward, are you happy yet?
