EA and Epic Games have announced that their upcoming trigger-happy lovefest, Bulletstorm, will have a special edition release that’s packing some extra heat: a Gears of War 3 beta.
The "Epic Edition" of the game also comes with some online offers, such as 25,000 experience points, some fancy eye-candy upgrades for each players’ leash, and some diesel Peace Maker Carbine armor.
"With this unique gear, gamers can kill with skill in style," EA wrote in a press release. "Bulletstorm’s insane Anarchy four-player online cooperative mode takes full advantage of the game’s unique skillshot gameplay and unlock/upgrade weapon system to deliver the best possible multiplayer experience within the Bulletstorm world."
The edition is ready for pre-order and the game will be available February 22, 2011 for $59.99, exclusively for the Xbox 360.
