Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s release date was announced this week to be August 27, 2013. For those not in the know, A Realm Reborn will be a re-launch of FF14, a game met with heavy criticism from users and reviewers alike. The new version is rebuilt from the ground up, with a new graphics engine, new game client, and additional content, although the reworked game maintains the original setting and lore. If you own the Original FF14 on PC, you’ll get this version for free, so hold onto your wallet ;).
Earlier this week, we saw the release and announcement of Metro: Last Light Season Pass. Lets face it – even without the announcement, you knew this was coming. GMG’s standard coupon works on the Season Pass, making it only $12 for the four upcoming DLC additions (normally $15). The ticket for this Season Pass is considerably lower than other games as of late, so we’re hoping this is the start of a new pricing trend.
