Deus Ex: Human Revolution Augmented Edition and pre-order packs announced

Deus Ex will be making its (hopefully) triumphant return in March 2011 with Human Revolution, and for those fans who really want to experience the cybernetic, futuristic storyline, Square Enix has just announced the Augmented Edition and two pre-order bonuses that sound well worth it.

The Augmented Edition will run you $69.99 and come with an art book, a bonus DVD, and a graphic novel (Intriguing…). No details on the literature yet, but its sure to be full of violent anti-establishment battles and the like.

The two pre-order bonuses come in the form of a mission pack and a weapons/items pack called the Explosive Mission Pack and Tactical Enhancement Pack, respectively. Explosive Mission will apparently feature a new quest that will cater especially to fans of the original Deus Ex with a throwback reference and some throwback weaponry, and Tactical Enhancement will bring the badass guns (the remote mine is called "UR-DED") and some extra spending cash to get that arm blade… shined… or something.

Look forward to all of this come March 8th in North America on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
