XBLA House Party starting February 15

Microsoft is throwing a month-long bash with a downloadable game every week.

Microsoft is throwing a month-long shindig for Xbox LIVE users starting February 15 titled the Xbox LIVE Arcade House Party. During this four-week fiesta, a new downloadable title will hit XBLA every Wednesday until March 7.

Those who take full advantage of the event by downloading all four XBLA titles will receive 800 Microsoft points as a reward by March 13, with exception to Japan, Korea, and Italy.

The first of the four titles to hit the party will be Electronic Arts’ WARP on February 15 for 800 MP. The “puzzle-based stealth action game” is rated M for Mature.

Coming next on February 22 will be the return of Alan Wake in Alan Wake’s American Nightmare by Microsoft Studios for 1200 MP. The new adventure that has Alan facing off against the herald of darkness known as Mr. Scratch is rated T for Teen.

Up next for 800 MP will be THQ’s first-person shooter that bends the laws of physics, Nexuiz. The title is rated T for Teen and will arrive for the party on February 29.

Showing up last and fashionably late will be the highly-anticipated downloadable title from Ubisoft, I Am Alive. The post-apocalyptic survival game that has built up a strong buzz amongst gamers is rated M for Mature and will hit XBLA on March 7 for 1200 MP.
