Rumors have been swirling around for a while now about the possibility of a Thor game. Comic fans across the world have been waiting with bated breath for the announcement for years, and for good reason too. Thor might just be one of the most perfect licenses for a video game in existence.
Well today just might be the day comic fans have been waiting for. Gamespot.com reporters noticed earlier today that Gamestop.com has a listing up for a game called Viking: Battle of Asgard.
Obviously this doesn’t have Thor in the title, which many would take to signify that it isn’t a Thor game. However, seeing as how Sega recently licensed the Thor license from Marvel it isn’t too farfetched to think the two can be connected. Also note that "Viking" is an extremely lame title, so it’s probably tentative.
