The latest title in Tecmo Koei’s long-running Dynasty Warriors series now has a North American release date. Dynasty Warriors 7 will be hitting stores on March 22, 2011.
The game will be out for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. New features include 3D capability and Move support for the PlayStation 3 version.
A fan site has also posted more information on the game including story updates, a rundown of the new characters, and a description of "Chronicle Mode." This is a new free-roam game mode, which includes both online and offline co-op.
Dynasty Warriors 6 came out all the way back in 2008, so time will soon tell whether the seventh iteration in the series was worth the wait for fans.
