And The Winner Is…

Mortal Kombat

Mortal Kombat

Mortal Kombat has come back from the Krypt, and it’s as blood-soaked as it was in the glory days. The roster is a who’s who of MK lore, from Liu Kang, to Raiden, to Kitana, to Jax, and so on. Everything from the series that we loved is back, with new additions that up the gore tremendously.

Runner Up: Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

WWE 12 beat out WWE All Stars? Absolute hogwash.

Yeah, we loved All-Stars, and some consider it more fitting for the “fighting” genre, but WWE 12 did a great job at pushing the sim side of pro wrestling, and felt deserving of the nomination.

It was a question whether or not to include a wrestling game here at all, actually.
